6. Question from Bob

How would you describe/articulate the characteristics of all three: our body, soul, and spirit? What are their distinguishing traits. Specifically, how do these three connect to “depression”? Bob

Good question, Bob. How many others out there have the same

question? In any event, I will post my answer to this within a couple of days. I could give a long answer right now, but I want to take the time to submit a short answer. By the way, I welcome questions like this. Just make them in the “Comments” link below each post. I check for comments each day. I also would welcome any information you feel would fit the theme – triumph over depression. Make it as a comment, and I will post it if it is something I feel everyone would be interested in.

About Patrick Day

In 2010, I escaped from four long years of deep, dark depression. This blog shares lessons I learned from those years as depicted in my autobiography - How I Escaped from Depression - as well as other insights about depression and anxiety that only come from someone who has gone through it. When you have a heart attack, you become an expert in heart attacks. When you have diabetes, you become an expert in that condition. As such, I am an expert in depression, with a four-year experiential degree and graduate studies in how to live a life going forward that keeps the ever-lurking Depression at a healthy distance.
