64. Schedule Change

Dear readers,

I have been blogging three times a week – Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday – and that schedule has resulted in two observations, one by others and one by me.

From Others – “It’s hard to keep up with three blogs a week.” From me – I have lately felt that my focus has perhaps been more on quantity and perhaps less on quality.

With that, I am changing the schedule of blogs to two per week – one on Tuesday and the second on Friday, with the option of a third blog as the Spirit moves me.

Please let me know your feelings about the change – positive or negative. My overarching goal is to serve your needs, not mine.

This may be a good time for you to hit the “Follow” button and put in your e-mail address to automatically receive each new blog. You can always opt out later.

A message for today from Nehemiah 8:10: “Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

About Patrick Day

triumphoverdepression.org This blog is my ministry to support those who are depressed, in gratefulness for my having overcome major depression. Read "About Patrick Day" just to the right of "home" on the top of the blog site to find out more particulars about me. I retired from a career in higher education, where I served as Dean of Instruction, and promptly moved into a life of purposelessness and despair for five years, finally coming out on the other side. I am now an author, a business and life coach, a writer of this blog, and a volunteer for various organizations. What I write about in this blog is not hypothetical comments on depression. I have been there, felt the horrible pain, had my life disrupted, and experienced everything that I write about. I pray that I may be a blessing to you.
