134. Ten Easy Stress Busters

 1. Make a list every night of what is to be accomplished the next day.
2. Ask someone to help when you cannot do everything by yourself.
3. Ask opinions with in doubt about important decisions.
4. Take a day off now and then.
5. Pray a lot.
6. Feel free to cry and beat pillows.
7. Laugh more often.
8. Get proper sleep.
9. Eat a good diet.
10. Call a friend when the going gets rough.

In 2010, I escaped from four long years of deep, dark depression.
